There are several methods of meditation that I use for different purposes, but each is explained within the pages of this app because you do need to learn these systems that help you to manage your life better and to feel at one with your spiritual side. It also helps you to find a kind of peace between your body and your mind that uplifts your spirit to a higher plane. Why write about it? Because it’s important. Stress is rising to epidemic levels at the moment and if this app can help one person, then it will have been worth the hours spent writing it. One thing I know is that people who have taken this journey with me in my life have been able to step away from stress and appreciate where all of the emotions inside them come from. They have also learned how to make them positive ones and how to walk forward within their lives knowing that the road is mapped out and that their feet are steady in their footsteps.
Knowing that people who meditate seek to achieve the same level of understanding spurred me on to wanting to perfect my meditation practice because practitioners aim to reaching somewhere known as “Nirvana” or a place where everything is explained and all the wisdom of the world becomes very clear. I personally didn’t want to make the world change, but I wanted to make my attitude toward it change and that’s what meditation allowed me to achieve.

You are able to see problems with clarity and you are also able to control your own life to a certain extent, in that you are able to keep depression and negative feelings at bay.

Meditation slows down your heartbeat, lowers your blood pressure and gives you that essential time to concentrate on breathing. It makes you feel happier because your life is better balanced. You are able to view things more objectively and you are also able to find something inside of you that helps you to deal with the stresses of today. Has it helped me?
